Luke began cooking at a young age, learning from his parents and eventually taking his passion a step further in going to culinary school.  He started his career working in the kitchen of a four-diamond resort in Tucson, then became a kitchen supervisor of a hotel in Phoenix, AZ. He put his culinary career on hold for a few years to take on a new role as a stay-at-home dad. Three kids and countless birthday cakes later, he found a way to combine his passions for cooking, creating, and family.
